Particularly good and easy position in the nice enough area, just next door to the ghetto as well as the cafeteria.

Helpful staff and the room spotlessly clean and brand-new with wobbling and microwave, as example. Good location, within short walking distance to everywhere.

    Very cramped room.

Possibly the best and very nice stay for 3 nights. Newly renovated and immaculately clean units with a single bed and refrigerator, as for instance. All in all good and easy setting near airport and an Alley and Arizona.

    Breakfast not too good.

We had a very nice stay in this low cost hotel. The staffs were excellent & caring. In overall the room was spotlessly clean and brand-new and with a single bed, wobbling, refrigerator. The location was magnificent and marvellous, just next door to airport, and California. Also, this property was located 2 miles away from a maintained golf course.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow; not good breakfast, a little disappointed.

Overall very nice stay for 3 nights. Budget hotel in a nice enough area next to Arizona, the ghetto and restaurants. Got newly renovated and spotless room with microwave and wobbling, for example. Excellent, amicable staff with smiling face.

My room with a work desk and a single bed, for example was immaculately clean and brand-new.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and even had a large flat-screen TV with HBO. The location was convenient, with stores and restaurants nearby, and the staff treated me well.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

    Budget hotel.

No complaints, fairly nice stay for 3 nights. Outstanding rooms with quiet beds, great value. Excellent location to see the changes in the neighborhood. And just next door to the ghetto, Arizona and restaurants.

The setting was excellent, just next door to Phoenix, restaurants, and California. Besides, it was 5 min drive to a maintained golf course.

Loved our spotlessly clean and brand-new rooms, plus the staff was excellent. The hotel's position was good and easy, in a sketchy neighborhood. Moreover, it was short walk to Phoenix and Arizona and airport.

I have just returned from a really really nice stay in this low-budget hotel, newly decorated and exceptionally clean rooms. It has excellent, peaceful setting, right by the cafeteria, and the ghetto. And it's by Moon Valley Wash.

The location of the hotel was particularly good and great, close to the event I attended. Popped in Stacker's for shots before sleep, it was at walking distance from the venue.

Every visit to Phoenix we like to stay here. The staff ensures you have a really nice time, they are outstandingly accommodating and accommodating. The location is magnificent and favourable, to see the changes in the neighborhood. Plus, it's in North Mountain district, so close to the ghetto, the cafeteria and restaurants.
